Meditation and Subtle Energy - Meditation is the most important thing that we can do to advance spiritually!! This key to evolving spiritually requires the investment of time and effort and that can be difficult in this fast paced world that we are all part of. How do you make the most efficient use of the time you put into the meditation? Do you just pick up a book or mantra and just start to meditate? You can do that but there are ways to advance more quickly and efficiently.

How do you make the most of the dedication and use the time efficiently? We all want to reach goals quickly in this society. Our instant gratification or fast pace leaves us with less time to invest in meditation. The most valuable way to work with meditation is to receive attunements that bring in the energies associated with a meditation and work with the connection to the sources of those meditations.

You can pick up a mantra (words or subject to repeat) and recite it ten thousand times a week or work with it for years and get to an advanced state. The faster or more efficient way is to get the associated attunements that connect you up with the source and bring in the energies and deepen the meditation for faster advancement.

The attunement is like the TV cable company that activates the premium channel for special programing that may be specific to your interest. The attunement is like the cable service person hooking you up to another frequency. There are many different meditations for different purposes and you can get attunements for each of these from many different cultures. In the past many went to India or eastern countries to receive attunements (or Shakti or Shakti pat) from a teacher or Guru. Some Guru's come to the USA to give them out to get more people to work with this system. Today there are many teachers in the west that are giving these attunements and do not require you to take on other customs or religions and their ways.

Meditations may be as varied as the cultures they come from and there may be many types from within those cultures or religions. One meditation from Buddhist systems will be different from Hindu or from Native American systems. There are different results and energy frequency bands with each meditation. Some work with the chakra's one at a time or some focus on different aspects of the mind.

Certain meditations work with Deva's or Deities or God's and Goddesses such as Tara or Mother Mary. Maybe you believe in the existence of Deities, or see them as a Jungian Archetypes in the collective consciousness of all humankind, they work!! You may find that meditation on a direct association may benefit you the most, such as focusing on Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed or the Creator.

You may start out as a novice just defining what you wish to do with your time and attention. If your goal is enlightenment, that can be worked on with many meditations. There are meditations like the "Blue Pearl" that work nicely with the heart. There are classical Hindu meditations that became popular in the 1960's here such a "OM" or more complex ones that are wonderful to learn (Om mani padme hum) You may know the simple easy mantrams like "Be Here Now" or the Beetles song: "Let it be".

There are many aspects of meditation that are used around the world. One is the use of the Mandala or circular patterns that you may look at during meditation. There are many out there such as the exotic ones from Tibetan Buddhist systems and modern artistic types from the new age that are beautiful. Some meditations suggest closing the eyes and just empty the mind. Others have you just focus on the breath in and out, or work with a sphere in the center of the head (Taoist Crystal palace).

You can try several meditations out and Your needs may change during your lifetime as well. One meditation should not be considered to be the only one for life even if it really turns you on. Our lives evolve physically and spiritually so don't lock yourself into one system or meditation thinking it is the only way forever.

Always be willing to experiment. Be open to the many ancient cultures around the world and you will find that there is so much to offer. Meditation has many valuable aspects such as stress reduction, concentration increasing and opening up of the energy centers of the body. Why Esoteric systems energy should be pursued for spiritual advancement?

We can accelerate this movement down the path with use of esoteric information and subtle energies to change our lives. These powerful systems from cultures around the world can push our spiritual evolution and bring enlightenment without controlling our lives or requiring radical changes with the way we like living life.

We all want to get to the place in our lives that holds a higher ideal. We all want to experience more Joy, love and happiness, these qualities come from within us and are only influenced by the outside world. You remember well the feelings and emotions from youth of having intense love and joy from life come to you. We all want to capture that more in our lives and bring those moments where our soul touches us deeply.

Spirituality is your connectedness to yourself, others and all that nature offers us. To access those states we have to work towards that with intent for it to happen, we must want to change. Light bulb example: "How many transpersonal therapists does it take to change a light bulb? only one, but the light bulb has to want to change.

Esoteric means: Hidden or secret. This information and techniques were taught in secret in the past and are today more available to us all. Why were our ancestors held back? Spiritual leaders knew that ignorance would corrupt and power would be abused by individuals and therefore trust had to be earned through the person suffering or sacrificing parts of their lives, proving themselves worthy.

Our ancestors lived under Monarchies, feudal systems and industrial systems that controlled by force or rule. Often all these systems had reasons to not educate the masses and allow creative thinking or decision making. Only in recent history have we had individual freedom in higher education, learning and directing life.

Kings, priests, land owners and industrialists were to do the thinking and most of them were men. Through our ancestors raising our political systems and standard of living with education we have come to a magical era that many secrets can be accessed and used again. Today we are vastly more sophisticated that our ancestors, better educated, better health, more skilled at thinking and making decisions. We can make moral decisions at a higher level.

We can learn these powerful esoteric secrets and put them to use, without the sacrificing or suffering through bizarre initiations of the past. We can learn them and move on without the spiritual leaders watching over us with a stick to make sure that we do not make a mistake using them. We are a privileged people in this time to have access to so much!

The second reason to pursue the Esoteric spiritual systems is the issue of Spiritual leadership. The role of the spiritual authority is the most misunderstood and controversial issue in spiritual evolution! How do you walk your own path or Tao, and yet access guides to help us and not be controlled and mislead at the wrong branches. How do we form our philosophy and religion and not buy into the dogma or stagnation of systems that are going extinct?

If you follow a leader you may later be part of "spiritual slavery" as happens in many cases. If the system and leader becomes dogmatic or cemented into misguided ways, how do you deal or correct that?? No one wants to threaten or question the perfection of the spiritual leader and be branded a "heretic" and banished!! Often they are forced to break away and form new groups rather than fight with a respected leader. What does an individual do to prevent this? Seek out the types of systems that allow us to be ourselves and yet work directly with the spiritual hierarchy through our own higher self and spiritual guides.

How do we reduce the EGO trips of guru's, priests and physical guides? Do as many of the mystical teachers such as Jesus said to do! Work from within and access directly the guidance of angels, masters and hierarchy. Work on bypassing the hype of human beings and work on self clearing, personal growth and spiritual growth outside of the exoteric systems.

Exoteric systems are the public churches and clubs that many of us work with. This does not mean to leave the churches but to supplement them working from within Yourself. Exoteric is the public access knowledge and that can be supplemented with esoteric too. We build bonds to spiritual personalities that are much more advanced than us and more "tangible" than invisible metaphysical things. Spiritual bonds are not as easy to connect to, so often we use intermediary things such as altars, crystals Angel dolls and churches for the average person. You are all working to move above that (metaphysics means "above physics".)

It takes faith in the existence of spiritual beings and in the fact that we can access them. We fall victim to the pack instinct of following the leader, they know what to do, our ancestors did this constantly. Dogma sets in, idol worship overshadows the real purpose of spiritual advancement. We forget that we are manifestations of the Creator and need only guidance to reach the spiritual hierarchy.

Glamour overtakes us as we follow leaders that are charismatic personalities that appeal to our society, at many times we become that spiritual slave. To move beyond that we must use the esoteric secrets of the ancients to connect to the divine within ourselves and the spiritual world that we can not see.

It can be done on your own, say through meditation but can take lifetimes if not guided or assisted with attunements from teachers. To connect up to the spiritual network directly without the medium of a earth bound personality is what my purpose is as a teacher. You can work with groups and churches and also pursue the internal advancement of your spiritual unfoldment, for a synergistic effect.

Our ancestors used subtle energy systems to work with the spiritual beings to advance themselves. We too can use these esoteric energy systems for our own advancement without following a leader or belonging to the church or bowing down to a earthly being to prove that we are worthy of the blessings. We can also supplement our church religions by advancing ourselves further and therefor helping the group (100 'th monkey concept).

There are many spiritual advancing systems out there like Reiki from Japan Huna from Hawaii, Drisana from Tibet and mystery schools from Egypt. The Angels are within us. Angels are a part of our lives and can be a tremendous help to our spiritual advancement. There are more angels coming in to work with humanity. Angels are not dead people with wings. There are a class of spiritual beings with subtle energy bodies and are working with us by reaching down through the planes. We are working up through the planes through meditation and energy work. Angels are part of the Deva world and that is a class of beings that are complementary to us as humans. They gain pleasure by helping us and we can benefit tremendously by working with them all.

Work with your Guardian Angel or higher self daily. Ask for guidance as this is truly one third of yourself! This part of us is so ignored by the masses in this society and to a heavy loss. Connect up to that third of yourself that can help and send and receive energy to the higher self. Even if you seem to need no advice or help, ask questions on a daily basis to exercise the connection to the soul and Guardian angel. Through this you can gain harmony and balance the three selves completely.

Beyond this harmony is working with the personality soul fusion. This is the key to western mystery school for spiritual advancement. You will find this to be the basis of the Egyptian, Grecian and other systems in the west. This is working to connect with your soul and meld it with your personality to connect up to the creator more deeply.

There are two groups of angels, Solar angels and group of 22. The solar angel is assigned to us at our first incarnation and is the most important guide to work with. The solar or guardian angel know more about you than any other except God. The second group is 22 angels of which the Angel of Unconditional Love and Freedom is one associated with the ancient mystery school.

Ancient mystery school began in Lemeria with the first written history being from Egypt. From there it spread to Tibet and Greece. No intact school exists because it was an oral tradition, people and schools died out. Most of what is written down is nonsense, most of the authors are speculating and are not initiates. Original initiates were sworn to secrecy, the penalty was exclusion or ? The primary focus of the mystery school is working with angels and the solar angel, Bringing in the soul and fusing it with the personality.

These 22 angels work with the personality characteristics. Joseph Randolph Prices book "Angels within us" is the book to get and ask to work with these 22 angels. He received permission and was guided to inform public about them. In the past initiations were done in groups and the angels determined who would be given more information and attunements. Accuracy is the weakness of oral transmission. Recently 22 more angels related to the ancient mystery school are coming in to assist. The angel of Christ Consciousness is here to help because we're so messed up and at a critical point in history. (Berlin wall, Mid east accord, etc.) Things are beginning to shift, but to continue we need help.

Working with angels: They work with you not for you. You have to do the hard work. Part of the process is for you to do work on personal issues, problems with family of origin, inner child work. This is because spiritual and personal growth are very linked. One can only go so far on the spiritual path before you need to work on the personal issues. Transcendence on the spiritual path, leaving the personality behind is like being on drugs, and avoiding responsibility. We must live on earth in a body until we die, you must come back from blissful states and do your laundry and dishes.

You have to work on personal issues and work through you stuff, otherwise we project it onto spiritual beings. We tend to project our issues onto spiritual, this is seen with patriarchal religions (punishing, blaming god, eye for eye, wrathful god.) Projection is rampant in life and it is a natural defense mechanism that is not needed in the civilized world. We are not evil and don't need to pay for that by suffering.

Specifics about the Angel of Unconditional Love and Freedom: We are on this planet to learn unconditional love for ourselves and everything and everyone. We keep coming back to learn that, until we reach that state of freedom where we are not carrying resentment and not realizing, that makes ourself miserable. We must love ourselves first, before we can love others. We must accept our self and those things not happy about and within our self. Otherwise we project it on external others and hate others. American society is based on the delusion that pain and suffering could be avoided, pop enough vitamins, pills etc. and adopt the right belief system, go to the health club and we do not have to suffer. Many in the new age do not want to talk about the pain and suffering that is part of the process to get in touch with our feelings and ourselves.

We have all shut down our hearts to some extent and most of us would rather keep the heart shut down and not experience the bliss of the heart and not deal with the pain. In order for the angel to work with you, you must work on your personal growth. When primordial pain come up to get rid of it then you must pass through it and let go of it, not just experience it. Angels will know you very intimately after meeting you for a moment, and they will never take anything away without replacing it with something better, there may be an adjustment period for the personality.

Being in intimate sexual, loving relationship is a parallel connection to loving relationship with the creator. It is the same as developing a love for the creator and all humanity as a whole. There is a direct connection between being able to let go and surrender in an intimate relationship and being able to let go and surrender and melt into the creator, called "Spiritual melting". The more you are able to experience sexual melting, it facilitates being able to experience spiritual melting and visa versa. Being able to let go and experience trust in an intimate relationship and melt into another person when we make love allows us to melt into the creator.

Working with the Angel of Unconditional Love and Freedom

One of the greatest discoverers in the 20 Th century (beside ancient societies such as Hawaiians) is Wilheim Reich who studied in detail scientifically the repressed emotions and how that armors the body and blocks energy flow. He worked under Freud at first and developed Character Analysis as a psychologist and is the father of modern breathwork and bodywork. In the west we tend to be very divorced from out bodies and the mechanism of repressed emotions is very physical.

This constriction and chronic contraction of muscles and breathing from trauma or sexual repression locks into the body and restricts natural energy flow and sexual pleasure. Shutting down the emotions and carrying tension in the body that we are not aware of is called body armor. There are many forms of Reichian and Neo-Reichian body and breathwork that works on releasing. Amanae is another form of breathwork, bodywork and energy work that is very powerful for armor removal. We all build tension in daily life and the master regulatory mechanism for letting go of that is the orgasm (book: The Function of the Orgasm - Reich) It is the release we have during orgasm that our bodies naturally do.

There is a lot of cultural influence on this that really builds up neurosis in the people because of repression of emotion and sexuality. Generalization: most men in our society have a primordial fear of engulfment (by women) Most women have fear of abandonment. (by men) We grew up in a society where parents did not know how to raise children. Often using abuse and manipulation in order to control the behavior. We live in a sexist society where up until recently men did not participate in raising children.

Most men have experienced that manipulation through their mother and so they are afraid to surrender and afraid of being manipulated and engulfed. Under this sexist society men are the ones who go off to do the work and that feeds the women's fear of abandonment of a missing father. This gets reinforced into a downward spiral. As a man feels like he's being engulfed and runs away, the woman feels abandoned and comes after him, the negative patterns reinforce each other. We often project this out onto our partners and we are not able to fully surrender in the lovemaking and fully experience orgasm. Pleasure anxiety is the feeling that we do not deserve to have this much pleasure. We live in a pleasure negative and sex negative society. We suggest to do some form of bodywork to help release the negative programming. Everyone in our society has some form of blocks that prevent the free flow between the heart and genitals.

Rays: The carrier of energy.

The Rays are the building material for all matter and energy. They are the smallest part of the foundation of all things except consciousness. The planets and stars affect us subtly with the rays at a distance (astrological influences). The Rays are known across cultures and are at the core of all subtle energy systems. Combinations of the frequencies are what makes Reiki different from Huna and Buddhic energies. The Rays are like Lego blocks of energy. Vast structures can be built from them.

Systems around the world differ in the numbers and there is a lot of misconceptions about them. The model we work with is that there are three primary rays and combinations of the three make up the next four for a total of seven rays. There is still another five that blend up from those seven and make a total of twelve rays. (We have a twelve ray class.) There is the idea that this is "it", in a nut shell but the rays have an analogue component to each ray in that they can be Yin or Yang, in other words they are not a fixed but are a variable range for each ray. This gives a much deeper definition to the rays and makes them hard to grasp, which is why science is having a hard time getting a hand on them and defining them. Scientists are only now beginning to touch on the reality of this through Quantum physics and Zero point energy or vacuum energy. The rays are a vast realm in themselves.

Solar Logos, the sun behind the sun.

The sun provides us tremendous energy, light, heat, plant growth, fossil fuel from the past. Yet we only receive a tiny part of the energy being that we are 93 million miles away. Think how much power the sun radiates from that atomic reaction in just a moment. The sun also emits prana or mana energy in the same amounts to feed us all with energy, known by Tesla as "The Wall of Light". This is a very wonderful dynamo of energy on both the physical plane and the spiritual planes. The Sun also has a divine intelligence, just as science now sees the earth as having a mind or intelligence that senses and controls. This divine intelligence is referred to as the Solar Logos, the spiritual being behind the sun. We do not have to worship the sun to access the creators wholesale representative in our system but connect up and ask for help. The solar logos is in the drivers seat of spiritual evolution here in the solar system.

Take time to meditate on the solar logos and connect deeply. The sun is also a tremendous energy connection with other suns in the universe and our connection with energy systems from all over and integrates our spiritual evolution to other systems. This connection is very apparent with the Egyptian, Aztec and Asian pyramids around the world as they are often proportioned to the dimensions of the earth and sun. Ask to work and receive energy from the solar logos and do healing work with them as a friend. There are three aspects of the solar logos and there is a lot of connection with the number three is mystical and spiritual systems. Accessing the logos can bring about powerful change.

ANGELS ARE REALLY OCCUPYING A SEPARATE BUT PARALLEL EVOLUTIONARY PATH TO HUMAN BEINGS. ONE TRACK IS HUMANOID TRACK OF EVOLUTION THAT INCLUDES BEINGS ON OTHER PLANETS. THE HUMANOID TRACK ON THIS PLANET STARTS OFF WITH ROCKS AND DIRT UP THROUGH PLANTS AND ANIMALS TO HUMAN BEINGS. THERE ARE ONLY TWO TYPES OR CLASSES OF ANGELS THAT HAVE COME INTO OUR WORLD TO HELP HUMANITY, AS OPPOSED TO AN ANGEL THAT MIGHT INSPIRE A COMPOSER TO WRITE A GREAT PIECE OF MUSIC. ONE CLASS OF ANGELS IS LIKE THE ANGEL OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND FREEDOM THAT IS A GROUP OF AN ORIGINAL 22 ANGELS. THIS IS DONE IN A DIFFERENT WAY WITH EACH PERSON HAS A SOLAR ANGEL THAT WORKS WITH YOU AND WAS ASSIGNED TO YOU FROM THE MOMENT OF YOUR FIRST INCARNATION. YOU WERE PAIRED UP WITH THAT ANGEL FOR ALL TIME AND THIS ANGEL IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT GUIDE FOR YOU IN YOUR LIFE.

THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENTS IN ANY PERSONS LIFE IS WHEN THEY FIRST CONTACT THEIR SOLAR ANGEL AND WHEN THEY ACHIEVE UNION WITH GOD. THAT ANGEL WAS ASSIGNED TO YOU TO GUIDE YOU IN ALL OF YOUR INCARNATIONS AND THAT BEING (OTHER THAN GOD) KNOWS MORE ABOUT YOU THAN ANY OTHER BEING. IT KNOWS EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE EVER DONE OR THOUGHT IN THIS LIFETIME AND EVERY LIFETIME. IT KNOWS YOU KARMA AND IMPRESSIONS FROM PAST LIFETIMES AND HOW THAT INFLUENCES, AND YOUR SOLAR ANGEL LOVES YOU TOTALLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY.
